Reporting Your Progress

Well after the firm was established and substantial sums were invested, we determined that the normal reporting of investment progress by brokerage statements was not providing the type of information we wanted to send our clients. As a result, the firm created a quarterly statement which is a consolidation of information provided to you from various other investment statements that are sent to you regularly.

The quarterly statement goes well beyond simply the reporting of the current value of your investments. The statement begins by reminding you of why you made the investment. You may have invested funds for education, retirement, or simply as a general investment. As a result, each investment is coded appropriately to reflect its investment designation.

Our quarterly statement also classifies each investment by description. As an example, if an investment is a mutual fund or stock, it is appropriately recorded under that category. If the investment is a managed asset program being managed by our firm, a real estate investment, or your 401K at work, all are incorporated so that you might have a thorough quarterly review.
