Our Investment Programs

Clark Financial Advisors has designed two long term equity programs, which seek to benefit from the strength of the American economy. Both investment programs invest in the domestic and international equity markets through the use of either no load mutual funds or individual equities. A brief description of each program follows:

The Northwest Quadrant Program

The Northwest Quadrant Program is designed to purchase exchange traded funds with an investment objective of exceeding the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index performance. Through careful investment selection, the Quadrant program selects exchange traded funds (EFT) which are felt to be under valued in current market conditions.

The Thoroughbred Program

The Thoroughbred Program is created with no load mutual funds and index shares that allow the investor to participate in various investment sectors of the market. The Thoroughbred analysis program is based on performance, manager tenure,fee structure, comparative index analysis, and turnover ratio in the portfolio. We design portfolios that seek sound returns with a minimal degree of tax liability.
